RETURN/REFUND POLICY


I am so happy you have decided to support my artist practice, and I am absolutely positive you will love your new artwork! I am committed to offering the highest quality fine art prints for you to decorate you space in! Below are my policies on returns for each product. I honour a 30 day return policy on eligible products (ORIGINAL PEICES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE). I try my absolute best to make sure the colour of each print shown online is as accurate as possible, but calibrations may vary between devices.


REFUNDS: If there is an issue with your order, do not worry! If something has been ruined, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - I will do everything I can to make it right. Please reach out and send an email so we can reach a solution together!


ORIGINAL WORKS: All original purchases are FINAL and not eligible for refunds/returns; each original comes with a unique gift just for the customer.

FINE ART PRINTS: Fine Art Prints are very delicate, and it is extremely important that they are handled with care. My sanitary standards and quality control are very strict; Only prints that are in their original packaging, and undamaged can be eligible for return. If you are looking for a refund, you MUST send the print back to me. I will not send out another print or give you a refund without the return of the original order. I reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange based on quality inspection of the print.

LIABILITY


I do not take liability for products once they are in the possession of the buyer. It is not my duty to replace, exchange, refund or compensate for the products that are damaged once in the care of customers. All print and original paintings descriptions are clear and it is not my responsibility to compensate clients that do not read the information that is provided before any purchase.
